It's amazing how many people will take their automobile to be serviced every 3,000 miles, yet will wait years before they have their heating and cooling equipment checked. This is even more incredible when you take into account the fact that the auto generally doesn't run as many hours per year as the heat and a/c system. Just like any other piece of machinery, your heating and cooling system needs to have a periodic "tune-up". We recommend twice a year; once for the cooling season, and once for the heating.
