We perform repairs on most makes and models of heating and cooling equipment, ductwork, gas piping, and accessories.  We are EPA certified for refrigerant ("freon") handling.  Most of our non-home warranty repairs carry a one-year warranty; if the same repair on the same system is required within one year of the original of the original repair, there is no diagnostic fee or labor charge for the second repair.  In addition, most of the repair parts we install also have a one-year warranty!

When you call us with a problem with your system, we charge a nominal diagnostic fee to determine what's wrong with your system.  This fee gets our technician out to your home, and diagnosis of the problem, whether it takes him 30 minutes or 2 hours to determine the problem.  He then quotes you a flat rate price to fix the problem.  No more worrying about how long it's going to take and how much it's going to cost-you know up front, so you can more easily decide whether or not you want to repair the problem, or maybe replace the system instead.

We offer 24 Hour Service for true Emergencies.  In most cases you will find that our phone is answered by a human being, not a machine.  The exception to this rule is when we are already on the phone with a customer, in which case you are routed to a voice mail system that alerts us immediately so we can call you right back.
